37 years ago today our son was born - a gift for which we are truly grateful.
On Matthew's birthday 8 eight years ago a gentleman died suddenly and through the generosity of his family, myself and others were given the chance of extended life through the donation of his organs. I hadn't been on the waiting list very long so it was a big surprise.
I always feel sad for the donor's family on this day - but I give thanks for what they did... Matthew always says that a chance of having my life extended was the best birthday present he could ever have had.

Lovely testimony for the gift of organ donation. Not only is it Matthew's special day but also the gentleman who passed away because he lives on in a way through Matthew. Blessings to you all.
