Today it was Hot, hot, hot! 32c and almost unbearable as it was very humid ( a storm is brewing now). It took a lot of hard work - and water - to stop the plants from wilting.
Last week we went out on Midsummer's day and saw 3 Hares (a good sign) I managed to capture one on film but it was long way off so not very clear as I still haven't got the new camera I want.
Feeling rather sad today as Merlin (our elderly Siamese) is really not very well... He has been a dear and loving friend to us - a source of comfort when life has been particularly hard. I know his time with us is ending - I just hope and pray that he might drift away whilst asleep and at home with us.
