Autumn - almost forgotten

Last year was so awful that although I still took photos, so many never got posted as I'd intended.. We are now approaching Spring! However, I thought I'd have a little look back to the garden in October. At that time it seemed like the flowers would last forever - and then the snow and frost came!

You can see from the photos that the colours are fading in the garden - as the mellowness of autumn approached...
